Hurling - Behind the Scenes

Hurling is one of Ireland's native Gaelic games and is the most characteristic of them. Hurling's origins are in Ireland's ancient Celtic culture.

Hurling is played by 15 men a side and the object of each game is to score more points and goals than the opposing team. Each game has the distinctive H shaped goal posts; a goal is scored when the ball is put into the net, while a point is scored by hitting the ball over the bar but within the H posts.

In a conversation with my Irish friends I have once compared Hurling to a religion. I was then told that this is something way more serious. This project's goal is to show behind the scenes of Hurling.
